IJJ Com ("the Platform", "we", "us") operates an online gaming and sports betting service for players in Pakistan. In order to provide you with a functioning account, process your PKR deposits and withdrawals, and deliver a fair, secure gaming experience, we need to collect and process certain personal information about you.

• Address information: provided during verification or if required by the payment method you use.
• Support communications: records of live chat conversations, emails or other correspondence you send to IJJ Com support.
• Preferences and settings: responsible gaming limits, notification preferences and account settings you configure.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: device type, operating system version, browser version and screen resolution.
• Connection data: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, network type (mobile data, Wi-Fi) and connection speed.
• Usage data: pages visited, games played, bets placed, session duration, features accessed and navigation patterns within the platform.
• Transaction logs: deposit and withdrawal records, amounts in PKR, timestamps, payment method used and transaction reference numbers.

3. Why We Collect Your Data

Every category of data collected by IJJ Com serves a specific, legitimate purpose. We do not collect data speculatively or hold information we do not have a clear reason to hold.

If you opted in to receive promotional communications during registration, you can withdraw that consent at any time from your account settings without affecting your ability to use the platform. Withdrawing consent for marketing emails does not affect transactional communications such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications or account security alerts — these are sent regardless as they are necessary for operating your account.

4. Payment Data and PKR Transactions

IJJ Com supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards for deposits and withdrawals in PKR. Each of these payment methods operates through its own provider's infrastructure. When you initiate a deposit or withdrawal, you are interacting with that provider's secure system.

IJJ Com receives confirmation of successful transactions, the transaction reference number, the method used and the PKR amount. We do not receive your full card number, JazzCash PIN, Easypaisa MPIN or bank login credentials. This data never touches IJJ Com's servers.

Transaction records are retained on the platform for the purposes of account balance accuracy, withdrawal processing, dispute resolution and fraud prevention. If you raise a payment dispute, our support team will use transaction reference numbers and timestamps to investigate with the relevant payment provider.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

IJJ Com uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage) to keep the platform working correctly and to understand how players use the site so we can improve it. Here is a breakdown of the cookie categories in use:

• Game software providers: Your account identifier (not your personal details) is passed to game providers to allow the game to load and record your session results. Game providers do not receive your name, contact details or payment information.

7. Data Retention

IJJ Com retains personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by applicable legal and operational obligations. The general retention guidelines are as follows:

• Active account data: Retained for the lifetime of your account and for a period after closure for fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal compliance purposes.
• Transaction records: PKR deposit and withdrawal records are retained for a minimum of five years for financial audit and anti-money laundering compliance.
• KYC documents: Identity documents are retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum period after closure as required for compliance purposes.
• Support communications: Live chat and email records are retained for up to two years to allow for reference in ongoing or future disputes.
• Analytics data: Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it does not identify individuals.

10. Minors and Age Policy

IJJ Com is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. Age verification is performed during the registration process and may be required again before certain account actions such as first withdrawals.

If we become aware that a registered account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be closed immediately, any winnings will be voided and the deposited PKR balance will be returned to the original payment method after verification. Personal data collected for that account will be deleted, except where retention is required for legal or audit purposes.

11. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in how the platform operates, changes to applicable data protection standards, or updates to the payment methods and third-party services we use. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent revision was made.

For material changes — those that significantly affect how your data is used or what rights you have — IJJ Com will display a notice within the platform when you next log in. Continued use of the platform after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
